Working at Dymaptic

Dymaptic is an innovative, woman-owned GIS service provider offering consulting services and software development. Our headquarters is in Portland, Oregon, but our team is fully remote. Dymaptic employees and contractors can work from home, from a coffee shop, or on a beach in Hawaii. As long as you are reliable and meet your goals, you can work from wherever. You must also reside and have the right to work in the U.S. Sorry, we are not able to provide work visa sponsorships.

As a small business, everyone on the dymaptic team wears multiple hats at times, which we think is very exciting. It affords us the opportunities to learn and develop and, thus, to grow in leaps and bounds professionally. However, our small size also means that for you to be a great fit with us, you must be self-motivated, have high-energy, and truly enjoy the varied and fast-paced environment of a small firm.

Benefits for full-time employees include medical, dental, and vision insurance; 401k with employer match and profit sharing; annual paid vacation and sick time; and a flexible work schedule.

We will negotiate in good faith, based on your specific skill level and experience. That being said, we understand why providing a range is helpful for applicants, and we provide those details for each job listed.
